Engaged as IT Business Analyst to secure user buy-in for change and ensure targets were met.
Liaising with end-users to determine issues; clarified procedures with 3rd-party courier; created email messaging schedule prior to migration; established legacy device collection protocols; and introduced reporting improvements for visibility of progress.
Succeeded in increasing deployment by 8K in 3 months, achieving 2022 target of 55K.
